That certain parcel consisting of Unit No. 201, Building F, as shown on Condominium Plat of MISTY SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM I, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Condominium Plat Book 37, Pages 44 through 51, public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4929, Pages 337 to 413 amended in Official Records Book 4963, Page 1754, and any further amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
If you fail to file your answer or written defenses in the above proceeding, on plaintiff's attorney, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
