NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-008493, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and STEPHANIE FURMATO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHANIE FURMATO IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSESSION; CENTRE COURT MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, INC.; CENTRE COURT 1 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; COLONIAL BANK N.A.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 1 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 501, CENTRE COURT CONDOMINIUM I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1622, PAGE 1725, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
