NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-060692, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT 2006-AR1 is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MARIAN GARCIA PEREZ, DECEASED; ____________ AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE MARIAN GARCIA PEREZ REVOCABLE TRUST; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE MARIAN GARCIA PEREZ REVOCABLE TRUST; ANDRES R. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 1 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, THE DUNES AT SANIBEL ISLAND, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 89 THROUGH 90, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION OF LOT B OF THE DUNES AT SANIBEL ISLAND, PHASE II, THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 89-90, AS DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2165, PAGE 2950 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
