NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 3, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-005594 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Citimortgage, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Maria Madalena Heringer, Citibank, N.A., The Unknown Spouse of Maria Madalena Heringer n/k/a Adecio Heringer n/k/a Adecio Heringer, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 7 day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
