NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclousure Sale filed June 2, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-064452 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Trustee for the Holders of SASCO 2007-MLN1, is the Plaintiff and Nathan Loy A/K/A Nathan Warren Loy, Dena Ferrari A/K/A Dena Marie Ferrari A/K/A Dena Loy, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. , State of Florida, Department of Revenue, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 6 day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT(S) 55 AND 56, BLOCK 2046, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 31, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 149 TO 154, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
