NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 31, 2011, and entered in 52-2010-CA-007046 (08) of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and SHARON CZAPLEWSKI are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10AM on July 5, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
