Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 31, 2011 and entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-003543 of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, I will sell to the property at public sale, on June 30, 2011 (date) at 9:00 AM (time), to the highest bidder or bidders for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit::
UNIT 96-202, Lighthouse Bay Six Association, Inc., a Condominium, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3688, Page 175, as may be amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
