NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed June 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-050364 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein wells fargo bank, n.a., is Plaintiff, and frank r. carroll, jr., wells fargo bank, n.a. and bristol parc at gateway homeowners' association, inc., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on July 1, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 77, Bristol Parc, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 58, Pages 39 through 41, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
