NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 2 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-57097, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and KAREN J SHEVCHENKO; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; KAREN JEAN SCHEVCHENKO, TRUSTEE OF THE KAREN JEAN SCHEVCHENKO LIVING TRUST, UTD 8-17-2006; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 55 AND 56, IN BLOCK 2045, OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 31, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, AT PAGE 154, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
