NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed June 1, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-68095, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY BANK, is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM ALEXANDER, ET AL., are Defendants.
