NOTICE IS GIVEN, that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on October 4, 2010, in Civil Action No. 09-CA-51870 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which wade t. herley, a/k/a wade herley a/k/a wade thomas herley, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, incorporated, as a nominee for first capital lending corp.; prentiss pointe condominium association, inc., unknown spouse of wade t. herley a/k/a wade herley a/k/a wade thomas herley; john doe; jane doe as unknown tenant(S) in possession of the subject property, are the Defendants, and federal national mortgage association is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 6 day of July, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 102, Building 8, of Prentiss Pointe, a Condominium, Phase II, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 4839, page 3604, and all amendments thereto, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto appertaining as specified in said Declaration of Condominium, as amended.
