NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 3 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-055038, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and LARRY W. SCOTT A/K/A LARRY WAYNE SCOTT AKA ROCKY LARRY WAYNE SCOTT, VICTORIA J. SCOTT A/K/A VICTORIA SCOTT, ALL-AMERICAN INVESTMENT PROPERTIES, LLC, THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK, DEREK RUNION and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 7 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, LESS THE EAST 5 FEET, BLOCK 5, UNIT 2, OF BEAR LAKE, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE ON THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
