CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1301, OF THE COVE AT SIX MILE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER CLERK FILE NO. 2005000044163, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 20050000158980, AND SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 2006000057403, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 8484 BERNWOOD COVE LOOP #1301, FORT MYERS, FL 33966; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, on July 6, 2011 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
