and commonly known as: 6341 CONGRESS ST, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34653; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on July 11, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
