NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, dated May 31, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-003475 of the Circuit Court of the Twelft Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 15th day of July, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https.://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK D, LINCOLN HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 297, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
