NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of June, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 003027, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Manatee County Public Auction's Website, https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com/index.cfm, at 11:00 A.M. on the 12th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASE 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, 7E, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
