Gallman and Michaele Gallman, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 5, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 702.58 FEET OF TRACT 59, LESS THE SOUTH 20.00 FEET THEREOF, THE WATERBURY GRAPEFRUIT TRACTS, SECTION II, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
