NOTICE is given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2011 and an Order Reopening Case and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 13, 2011, both such decrees being entered in Case No. 2010-CA-7086, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which CAPITAL CITY BANK is the Plaintiff and PIERRE A. BELLEMARE, LINDA L. BELLEMARE, and COMMUNITY BANK OF MANATEE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on June 24, 2011, the property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and more particularly described as follows:
South 70 feet of Lot 15, Block 3, Bayou Harbor, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 97, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
