NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 29, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-004346 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. N/K/A BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and THERMAN D. DUMAS; CHILENE GARRICK-DUMAS AKA CHILENE GARRICK DUMAS AKA CHILENE GARRICK; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 27th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 24, BLOCK 222, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 124 THROUGH 134, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
