RICHARDS; CAROLINE B. RICHARDS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 29th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 78, GOLDEN GATES ESTATES, UNIT NO. 75, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 11 AND 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
