notice is hereby given Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 26, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08CA005012 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Lamartine Petit Monsieur, Jane Doe n/k/a Elise Jean, Unknown Spouse of Lamartine Petit Monsieur n/k/a Nsomeka Monsieur, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 27 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
A PORTION OF TRACT 118, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 15 AND 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT 118, RUN N 00 DEGREES 19' 10” E FOR 165.00 FEET, THENCE N 89 DEGREES 40'50” W FOR 428.00 FEET, THENCE N 00 DEGREES 19'10” E FOR 23.00 FEET, THENCE N 89 DEGREES 40'50” W FOR 112 FEET, THENCE S 00 DEGREES 19 10 W 23.00 FEET, THENCE N 89 DEGREeS 40 50 W 120 FEET TO THE WESTERLY LINE TRACT 118, THENCE S 00 DEGREES 19 10 W 165.00 FEET ALONG SAID TRACT LINE TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF TRACT 118, THENCE S 89 DEGREES 40 50 E 660.00 FEET ALONG SAID TRACT LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
