notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-007774 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Robert Randall Lucas a/k/a Robert R. Lucas are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on June 29, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 50, OF AUTUMN WOODS, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 59 through 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
