notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-006839 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Robert W. Tuson and Judith D. Tuson, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on June 29, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 1205, SITUATED IN THE ROYAL SEAFARER Condominium Apartments of Marco Island, AND SO DESIGNATED AND DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF Condominium RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 981, PAGES 1412 through 1489, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
