notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-004684 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Assets Trust 2006-5 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-5, Plaintiff and Odris Bosch are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on June 29, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, NAPLES HEIGHTS REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING A RESUBDIVISION OF BLOCKS A, B, C, D, E AND F OF NAPLES HEIGHTS, UNIT 1, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
