notice is hereby given Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-003126 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. a Delaware Corporation, f/k/a AH Mortgage Acquisition Co. Inc., is the Plaintiff and Ramnanan Gowkaran, Surujdai Gowkaran, Washington Mutual Bank, a Federal Association, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 30 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 6, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 24, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 11 AND 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
