notice is hereby given Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-004505 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Deborah Semonin A/K/A Deborah P. Semonin, Mariposa at Whippoorwill Condominium Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 30 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 12-101, OF MARIPOSA AT WHIPPOORWILL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3919, PAGE 2136, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 1415 MARIPOSA CIR APT #101, NAPLES, FL 34105
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
