notice is hereby given Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 2, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-03972 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which IndyMac Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Robert C. Reppin, Quail West Foundation, Inc, Unknown Spouse of Robert C. Reppin, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 30 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 35, OF BLOCK K, IN THE QUAIL WEST PHASE III, UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 6 TO 11, PUBLIC RECORD OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
