NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-9228-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF GSR MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA1 is Plaintiff and LINDA C. REILLY; THOMAS J. REILLY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; REGIONS BANK DBA AMSOUTH BANK; STERLING OAKS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION AND CLUB, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, at Naples, in COLLIER County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 29 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK “A” OF STERLING OAKS - PHASE 2B, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, AT PAGES 54 THROUGH 56, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND A PORTION 0F TRACT “B” OF STERLING OAKS - PHASE 2B, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, AT PAGES 54 THROUGH 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 18, BLOCK “A” AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF STERLING OAKS - PHASE 2B, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, AT PAGES 54 THROUGH 56, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN SOUTH 35°16'26” EAST ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 18 FOR A DISTANCE OF 52.17 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 84°43'34” EAST FOR A DISTANCE OF 7.51 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 41°54'13” WEST FOR A DISTANCE OF 56.30 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
