NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated May 31, 2011, in the above styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the foreclosure sale conducted at the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, First Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, on June 29, 2011, the following described real property:
Unit No. 5, Building B of Chesapeake Landings Condominium, f/k/a Casa Granada II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 545, Page 430, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Commonly known as 1519 Chesapeake Avenue B-5, Naples, FL 34102.
