notice is hereby given pursuant to the Order of the Court entered June 1, 2011 and entered in Case No.: 09-CA-007887 in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee on Behalf Of Gsr Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-Ar1 is Plaintiff, and Jennifer Daniels; Lawrence A. Daniels a/k/a Lawrence Daniels; Island Walk Homeowners Association, Inc.; and Unknown Tenant(s) In Possession of the Subject Property are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 30th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
All that certain parcel of land situate in the County of Collier, State of Florida, being known and designated as Lot 391, Island Walk, Phase Two, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 32, Pages 14 through 17, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
