Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 26 day of May, 2011, and entered in case No. 08-2480-CC in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein jubilation community ASSOCIATION, INC.. is the Plaintiff and GRACELIE MILFORT is the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Government Complex, 1st Floor Atrium, Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 on the 27 day of June, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 16, of the Plat known as “JUBILATION”, a subdivision located in Section 32, Township 46 South, Range 29 East, in Collier County, Florida as shown and recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 4, 5, 6, and 7 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
