Notice is given that, purusant to a Final Judgment dated May 31, 2011, in the above-styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the 1st Floor in Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 am on the 29th day of June, 2011, the following described property:
Unit No. 603 of The Beachmoor, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 882, Page 377 and rerecorded in Official Records Book 887, Page 1166, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
