NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-6526-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. ORION BANK is Plaintiff and LAWRENCE EVERLY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAWRENCE EVERLY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE RETREAT WATERSIDE II, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, at Naples, in COLLIER County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 30th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 10A-202, RETREAT WATERSIDE II, A CONDOMINUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1423, PAGES 1493 THROUGH 1557, INCLUSIVE, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
