notice is hereby given pursuant to the A Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure dated May 27, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-258-ECT of the County Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein Shadowood Villas Condominium Association, Inc.., a Florida Not for Profit Corporation, is Plaintiff and Federal National Mortgage Association., the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the atrium on the First Floor of the Collier Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 27 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 101, Shadowood Villas, a Condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, recorded in OR Book 2047 Pages 172 through 229, as amended , of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share of the common elements appurtenant thereto.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
