notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 2, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-002763 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Christopher Dillon a/k/a Chris Dillon are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M., June 30, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. N-204, CANTERBURY VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1399, PAGES 576 TO 645, INCLUSIVE, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
