YOU ARE NOTIFIED of an Action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Collier County, Florida:
Unit No. 201, Building 8 of Aviano Carriage Homes II, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4146 Page 634 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
An action to foreclose a lien has filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Joseph Arena, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 100 East Liton Blvd, Suite 502-B, Delray Beach, FL 33483, within 30 days of first publication and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
