NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of February, 2011, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated the 1st day of June, 2011, entered in Case No. 10-5789-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein FIRST BANK is the Plaintiff and CP LAND HOLDINGS, L.L.C., MICHAEL J. CLEVENGER, JOHN J, BLACK, LEOPOLDO GARCIA CORTEZ, BRENDA CORTEZ, and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, o/b/o THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium, on the First Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, on the 30th day of June, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., the following described property et forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:

Commencing at the Northwest Corner of said Section 13, Thence South 00°12'01” West 1064.99 feet along the West line of said Section 13 to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of County Road 858 (Mound Crossing Road) and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 28°54'27” East 1046.37 feet; thence South 74°01'45” West 530.01 feet to a point on the East line of said Section 14; thence continue South 74°01'45” West 423.92 feet; Thence North 12°32'34” West 861.98 feet to a point on said southerly right-of-way line of County Road 858 (Mound Crossing Road); thence North 60°36'47” East 686.87 feet along said right-of-way line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
