All that certain land situate in Hillsborough County, Florida, viz:
Condominium Unit Number 7-830, Island Walk, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 11004, Page 0637, and any amendments thereto; and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 18, Page 0066, all of the public records of Hillsborough county Florida, together with an undivided share in common elements.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, FLORIDA FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PLLC, whose address is 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 690, Clearwater, FL 33755, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, response due by July 11, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
