CONDOMINIUM UNIT #1.52, THE VILLAS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED NOVEMBER 15, 2004 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14399, PAGE 125, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 4008 FOXTAIL PALM COURT, TAMPA, FL 33624; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on July 7, 2011 at 02:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
