CONDOMINIUM UNIT 118, OF THE LANDINGS OF TAMPA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15589, AT PAGE 1308, AS AMENDED BY SCRIVENER'S AFFIDAVIT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15605, PAGE 686, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 4211 CHATHAM OAK CT UNIT #118, TAMPA, FL 33624; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on July 7, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
