NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 29, 2010 and an Order Resetting Sale dated May 17, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-2614 DIV B UCN: 292008CA002614XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CW1, is Plaintiff and DANIELLE KIMBALL; COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS INC. D/B/A AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; ISLAND CLUB AT ROCKY POINT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, under or Against a Named Defendant to this Action, or Having or Claiming to Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 201/202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 28 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 16071, PAGE 1510, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
