NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 26, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-015405 DIV K of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, where in the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 7th day of July, 2011, AT 2 P.M. to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 1110, The Madison at Soho Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded December 2, 2004 in Official Records Book 14455, Page 309, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
