and commonly known as: 777N ASHLEY DR,, TAMPA, FL 33602; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on June 29, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
