LOT 2, BLOCK 9, TOWN N' COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF OF FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 36; SAID LANDS SITUATE LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5609 CREST HILL DRIVE, TAMPA, FL 33615; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on July 12, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
