NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-09537-CC-L, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GRAND KEY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and DENNIS KESSLER Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 1 day of July, 2011, at 2 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit CU-G14 of GRAND KEY, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM AKA GRAND KEY A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 15002, at Page(s) 458-553, and in Condominium Book 19 at Page 291, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
