NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of June, 2011, and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Phil E. Hicks, Cynthia J. Hicks, Regions Bank, Successor by Merger to AmSouth Bank are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202 located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida. The sale is at 2:00 p.m. on the 14th day of July, 2011, and the interest in real and personal property situated in Hillsborough County and described as:

LESS AND EXCEPT:
The East 210.00 feet of the South 210.00 feet of the North 980.00 feet of the East 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 18, Township 28 South, Range 22 East, Hillsborough County, Florida and the East 20.00 feet of the North 980.00 feet of the East 1/2 of the West 1/2 of th Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 18, less the North 30.00 feet for road right of way.
Together with
Forty (40) brood cows, thirteen (13) calves and one (1) bull.
(herein the “Premises”); together with all of the leases, rents, issues and profits arising from the Premises; including the buildings and appurtanences located thereon and together with the fixtures situated therein and located thereon.
