NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-002471, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. ASSETS RESOLUTION CORPORATION, is Plaintiff and JACK R. WERREMEYER, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 2:00 p.m. on the 14th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, KAREN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED, IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 79 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
