NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-011224, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR3, is Plaintiff and IVAN FIGUEROA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IVAN FIGUEROA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida at 2:00 p.m. on the 14th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 54, OF FERN CLIFF SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11 AT PAGE 21 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
