NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the real property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida, legally described as:
Unit #1021-A, Apollo Beach Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded February 16, 1982 in Official Records Book 3913, Page 138, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and according to map or plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 23, of the pubic records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto
at Public Sale to be held on July 7, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida.
Notice Required by Florida Law: Any person claiming an interest in surplus funds generated from the sale of the foreclosed property, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a clain within sixty (60) days after the sale with the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
