Begin at a point which is 2286.11 feet South and 3830.28 feet West from the NE corner of Section 6, Township 39 South, Range 20 East, Sarasota County, Florida; thence West parallel with the North boundary of said Section 6, 270.38 feet more or less to the shores of the Myakka River; thence Northwesterly, meandering said shores 168 feet more or less to the intersection with the South right of way of a proposed 60 foot canal; thence East, along said canal right of way and parallel to the North boundary of said Section 6, 278 feet more or less to a point North and 166.74 feet from the Point of Beginning; thence South 166.74 feet to the P.O.B.
